You as a small/medium sized company, whilst successful, may be looking to
develop/ control an area of business which may be unfamilair to you or you
fellow Directors. You are able to buy in my expertise on a day rate basis, once a week, once a month, quarterly or on one off assignments. I also work on a retained basis where advice can be accessed at any time. My preferred method of working is to be appointed to your Board as a Non-Executive Director, to attend Board Meetings and to take on assignments/projects to help enhance the companys prosperity.
